Jamie Fuller's 42nd minute goal was enough to send Hanwell crashing out of the FA Cup at the second qualifying round stage for the second successive year.

The Geordies were favourites against a side two divisions below but struggled to break down a spirited Eagles defence.

And they were punished shortly before the break as Fuller found the net for the only goal of the game.
